Tesla private was real
Elon Musk’s 2018 tweet about taking Tesla private was real, according to attorneys for the entrepreneur. Musk’s attorneys claimed in a court file obtained by Insider that Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund had agreed to fund a purchase of Tesla four years ago. Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced in August 2018 that he was considering taking the electric vehicle company private at a price of $420 per share and that he had obtained funds to do it. That share price would be roughly $371 per share, which is 20% more than where it was trading on the day. Know more here in details https://www.elonmuskforkids.com/
