Court is Unclear
Elon Musk’s recent effort to summon the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to court was rejected by a federal judge in an order issued on Thursday.
According to CNBC, the district judge, Alison J. Nathan, stated in the court ruling that Musk’s “exact application to the Court is unclear.”
Musk, via his attorney Alex Spiro, filed a petition in federal court last week accusing the government of harassment in the form of “endless, unjustified investigations” into Tesla. According to the letter, the regulator disclosed information about the electric carmaker’s investigations and withheld $40 million from a 2018 settlement with Tesla and Musk over Musk’s comments about prospective plans to take the business private.Know more here in details elonmuskforkids.com
